DCS Acquires Certain Assets & Customers Of NICHE Equipment






ANN ARBOR, MI (December 29, 2014) DCS is pleased to announce that it has acquired certain assets and the customer base of Niche Equipment, a Chicago based distributor of imaging supplies and printer hardware to the independent dealer channel since 1998.

The acquisition of these assets advances DCS's strategy of becoming the dealer's first choice in purchasing imaging consumables, data storage, and printing devices. DCS continues to pursue an industry-leading portfolio of products and solutions, as well as enhancing our team of talented and skilled professionals to serve dealers nationwide.

These assets strengthen DCS as an industry leader which enables us to better provide dealers with the tools and materials needed to continue to grow market share in the copier, fax, printer, and data storage supplies business.
