RMA Update to Enhance Customer Service
In our continuous effort to provide premium customer service, DCS has updated our return authorization request procedure. Now, with a few easy steps, your RMA will be sent directly to our returns department and you will have a reply within 2 business days.

Step 1: Go to http://www.dcsbiz.com/
Step 2: Go to the Request RMA link, located at the bottom of the home page.
Step 3: Read details regarding our RMA process.
Step 4: Go to the Click Here link, located at the bottom of the RMA Request Form.
Step 5: Fill out the form and click Submit.

Effective immediately you can utilize the DCS website for RMA requests. If you have any issues while requesting your RMA through the DCS website, please contact your sales representative at 800-766-5400.
