Thank you for your interest in becoming a DCS customer. Ease of doing business is one attribute our customers say they like best about working with us. We take pride in the fact that we do everything we can to make doing business with us easy. Getting you on board efficiently is the first step.

To open an account, follow these simple steps:

1. Print, complete and sign the following required forms:
• Credit Application
• Resale Certificate
• Credit Card Authorization Form

If you have been in business for less than three years, the personal guarantee portion of our credit application will be required.

1. Mail, Fax or Email the completed Forms

If your application is complete, DCS will process your credit application the same day it is received. If the application is incomplete, we will contact you regarding missing information; hence, more time may be needed to process the application. You will be informed once your account is established.
