Distribution:

Diversified Computer Supplies has a 99.96% error-free order processing and shipping record. We arrange for the quickest, most cost efficient shipping method with the majority of orders shipped ground with UPS. All orders received by 5:00 pm EST are shipped the same day.

Drop Shipments:

DCS offers blind-drop ship services to our customers at no additional charge. Because drop shipments are a true reflection of a dealers image, we strive to guarantee the accuracy and security of every shipment. We have specifically designed our distribution processes to drop ship to your customers so you do not have to tie up money in inventory.

Free Freight:

All orders will be invoiced freight, but DCS pays the freight charge on all in-stock orders over $1000, paid within 20-day terms. Charges may be deducted at the time of payment from invoices over $1000, paid within 20-days.

Nationwide Next Day Delivery Service:

DCS now offers our customers the choice of shipping their orders Next Day nationwide with our new FedEx Next Day by 10:30am service. Orders that are shipped next day will be charged standard UPS ground rates plus an additional $3.99 air upgrade fee. Qualifying orders must be less than 150lbs.

DCS free ground freight on orders over $1000 still applies when shipping orders ground service. Qualifying orders must be over $1,000 and paid within terms to qualify for freight deduction from invoice.

ASN:

We send overnight email shipping notifications tied directly to UPSs online tracking system for direct transit status.

Next Day Invoicing:

DCS sends invoices via email the day after shipping so you may invoice your customers immediately
