A copy of either a tax exemption certificate or completed resale certificate.
If you have been in business for less than three years, the personal guarantee portion of our credit application will be required.

To Establish a Credit Card Account:

What is needed?

Complete faxed credit card authorization portion of our credit application.
Copy of tax exemption certificate or resale certificate.

What You Can Expect From DCS:

If your application is complete, Diversified Computer Supplies will process your credit application the same day it is received. If the application is incomplete, we will contact you regarding missing information; hence, more time may be needed to process the application. You will be informed once your account is established.

Shipping Cut Off:

All orders ship same day if received by 5:00 pm EST.
