Production Process:

We know our dealers usually have one opportunity to convert customers from high priced OEM to lower cost compatibles. If the product does not perform well, that sale is lost forever; every TREND™ cartridge is built with this fact in mind. The ten-step production process requires QUALITY at every step of the production cycle. Each procedure is audited to insure only those cartridges meeting our stringent quality standards make it to the next step. Key requirements of the manufacturing process include:

• Selecting only virgin, OEM cores that have not been refilled, remanufactured, or damaged.
• Splitting and cleaning each core with a high-pressure air system to remove residual toner.
• Using only new key components, including drum, blade, and magnetic roller.
• Each toner cartridge is sealed with OEM style seals; then carefully filled using digital technology to assure consistency and maximum page yield.

100% Post Testing:

To validate each cartridges assembly and print quality, there is a detailed, multi-page print test. Those passing this rigorous process are cleaned, polished and heat-sealed in a static-resistant bag. Cartridges are placed in our prestigious four color TREND™ packaging and accompanied by a full set of instructions and warranty information.
